Construction Engineering and Inspection Services
On May 1, 2007, Mulkey Engineers and Consultants was selected to provided CE&I oversight (Quality Assurance only) on the first two sections of the Triangle Expressway scheduled for letting in August 2008.
Critical Path Method Services
On April 30, 2007, Trauner Consulting Services, Inc. was selected as NCTA's CPM provider.
Right of Way Services
On March 19, 2007, Carolina Land Acquisition was selected as NCTA's Right of Way services provider.
Utility Relocation Coordination Services
On March 20, 2007, TBE Group was selected as NCTA's Utility Relocation Coordination and Construction services provider.
NEPA On-Call Services
On March 7, 2007, three private engineering firms were selected to provide NEPA/design on-call services to the NCTA:
- Rummel, Klepper & Kahl
- URS Corporation, North Carolina
- Baker
On February 27, 2007, UBS/BAS was selected to serve as the Senior Manager for the NCTA. The election of co-managers/selling groups has been delayed. The firms selected as co-managers will be posted at a later date.
Toll Implementation Consultant
On February 23, 2007, PBS&J was selected as NCTA's Toll Implementation Consultant.
